Bible Classes
We have Bible classes for all ages. Our goal is for both young and old to "grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" - 2 Peter 3:18. The entire Bible is covered (Genesis to Revelation) in a span of three years. Each grade level studying the same Lessons. All along the way emphasizing God's eternal Plan of Redemption from Promise to Fulfillment in Christ Jesus. Through their own diligent study and preparation, our faithful teachers follow a basic Bible outline and plan out their classes suited to the specific needs of their students. Our teachers work extremely hard to present God's word to their students in a manner that will both hold their attention and help them retain the information they are being taught. We are most fortunate to have these dedicated Christians in our midst.
The whole church, young and old, is involved in this protracted study. Every week our families gather around their dinner tables, in their living rooms or in their children's bedrooms to read the Word of God in preparation for their studies. The important thing is that our families read and study their Bibles together. Then talk about and make practical applications of God's Holy Word. They pray as a family, thanking God for His Word and His precious Son Jesus. They pray together for for knowledge and wisdom. We are presently coming to the end of our first journey through the Bible and look forward to January of 2005 when we will continue our study and renew those things we have read and learned before. This program has proven to be of benefit to our work here in Huntington. Personal involvement and joint participation in this great work, no doubt, glorifies God Almighty!

We have a Young Adult class that meets on Wednesday Evenings in our annex building. They are presenly studying Train Up A Child. An excellent book on how to establish Godly homes.
The adults meet in the auditorium on Sunday Morning and Wednesday Evening. On Sunday morning they are presently following the same course of study as every other class is through the Bible. January 2005 they will begin studying the Acts of the Apostles. They are currently studying the Gospel of John on Wednesday evening. Both of these classes are taught by our local evangelist, Daniel Dow.
